Thank you for supporting our shop! Because we offer both digital and handmade physical items, our refund policies differ by product type:

Digital Resources (The Teaching Wagon): Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales for digital resources are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Physical & Handmade Items (Everything is Grace): We take great pride in our handmade items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
